Flange Startup
We started our business in the Long'an Flange Processing Factory in Shacheng, Longwan, Wenzhou. Our team consisted of 10 people and we had 5 processing machines to start up the factory's production operations.
Expansion Era
Wenzhou Long'an Flange Co., Ltd. was established. The scale has expanded from the original 800 to 2000 square meters. Our team has grown from 10 to 30 people; and the equipment has increased to over 30 mechanical processing lathes.
Certified Excellence
Our company won the special equipment manufacturing license of the People's Republic of China and the health license of domestic products including drinking water sanitation and safety in Zhejiang Province.

Long'an Flange has earned certifications in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, and Environmental Management Systems. These achievements demonstrate our dedication to standards.
Trademark & Growth
Long'an Flange has registered several trademarks, earned membership in the Forging Association, and was a director unit in the Wenzhou Pipe Fittings Industry Association. We owned our production land and expanded the workshop from 2,000 to 6,000 square meters.
Technological Advancements
We introduced 110+ high-end machine tools including 12 processing units. We had physical and chemical labs, specialized and technical teams, a management team, and a quality system. This year, we implemented an online production ERP system for networked and paperless production from raw material entry to finished product delivery.
