Manufacturer of standard and custom pipe flanges made from stainless steel and other materials. Types include slip-on, weld neck, blind and lap joint flanges.
Pressure vessels are common in petrochemical, power, and light industries. Types include flat welding, long-neck butt-welding and forged tube sheets and baffle plates.
Plate flanges
Our plate flanges are in accordance with ANSI/ASME, DIN and other international standards and come in sizes from 1/2" to 48". Designed for pressure classes 150# to 2500#. Made from carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel available in flat face, raised face, and ring joint configurations.
Our slip-on flanges are designed to easily slide over pipes, featuring an inside diameter slightly larger than the pipe's outside diameter. Connected via fillet welds at both the top and bottom. Ideal for applications requiring ease of installation and adjustment, as they lack a weld bevel, allowing for flexibility in pipe length. While commonly used in lower pressure systems, they can also be made with a lap joint style for enhanced connection strength when needed.
It is distinguished by its long, inclined high neck that extends from the flange and pipe weld joint to the flange face. Used in pipelines subject to significant thermal expansion or other loads causing high stress at the flange, are suitable for pipelines with significant fluctuations in pressure and temperature.
A socket weld flange is a type of flange where the end of the pipe is inserted into a step-shaped flange ring. It offers better rigidity, minimal welding deformation, and improved sealing performance are used in boiler pressure vessels, petroleum, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, machinery, stamped elbows, and food processing industries.
Threaded flange has its inner bore machined with pipe threads and connects to pipes with matching threads. they are suitable for high-pressure pipe connections, but not to use in conditions where temperatures exceed 260°C or are below -45°C to avoid potential leakage.
lap joint flanges are designed to slide over pipes, commonly used with stub end fittings. This allows for easy rotation and alignment of bolt holes, making them ideal for applications requiring frequent disassembly. Available in sizes from 1/2" to 24", our flanges are manufactured from various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy, ensuring compatibility with your specific needs. The taller hubs can be customized based on your requirements.
Blind flange is a flange without a central hole, used to block the end of a pipeline. its function is similar to that of end caps and pipe caps, but a blind flange provides a removable sealing solution, whereas end caps are intended to be permanent.
